General Manager - Green Energy, Sustainability Service & Environment

Position Summary

• Responsible for overall operation of Green and Sustainability Service Business and ET of TUV SUD across South Asia region.
• Key service portfolio are Renewable; Energy Efficiency; Environment Technology and Climate Change service
• Also, responsible for operation of regional competency center on behalf of Industry Service Division (Renewable and Sustainability Service

Responsibility and Authority

• Act as s a head of GES&ET Business, leading 5 multidiscipline business line i.e. Renewable ( Solar and Wind); Energy Efficiency; Environmental services ( Suitability and Climate Change) to achieve the strategic objectives and target for South Asia region of TÜV SÜD group. Investigated business volume to be handled currently is around 30 cr INR which is expected to grow around 50 cr INR.
• Managing a team
• Responsible to manage competence centers in India focusing on renewable and sustainability services for South Asia.
• Responsible for P & L , investment and operational activities for GES&ET vertical.
• To ensure that all Business Lines are promoted and delivered as per Annual business plan.
• To ensure compliance to all laid down processes for effective Planning, operations and control of business in respective region / product line.
• To ensure that business targets are achieved by all team members within given timeframe.
• To support in development of new services as per market demand South Asia.
• To ensure payment is collected as per target and maintain DSO for BU

Education and Experience

• Engineering Graduate or equivalent ; Post graduation is preferable
• Minimum 18+ years of total work experience with min 10 years in the field of Green Energy and sustainability
• Additional qualification in the field of business administration is preferred.
