Role & Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and execute a wide range of events, including corporate events, weddings, conferences, and social gatherings.
• Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored event solutions. Give quotation and close the deal.
• Develop event concepts, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are completed within scope and on time.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.
• Manage on-site event logistics, including setup, staff coordination, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and client satisfaction throughout the event process.
• Payment Collection ,Prepare post-event reports, including financial summaries and client feedback.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience as an Event Manager or similar role within the event management industry.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Convincing Skills
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by events.
• A degree or certification in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
