Full Stack Developer (Rails & React)

• Collaborate with a team of skilled developers to design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code using React and Ruby on Rails
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications remain current
• Work closely with the product management team to ensure software projects meet requirements and are delivered on time
• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, from concept to deployment

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• A minimum of 3-5 years of overall experience in software development
• At least 2+ years of experience working with React and Ruby on Rails
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Must be fluent in English and possess strong communication skills
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team setting as well as independently with minimal error and guidance
