Full-Stack Tech Lead

• Lead a team of developers by architecting solutions, estimating new project roadmaps, and adding technical details to tickets
• Manage regular workflow and delegate work to other team members
• Provide guidance to junior team members on Shopify development
• Handle senior to mid-level issues related to Shopify websites and front-end with HTML and CSS
• Review junior developers and promote best development practices

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 3+ years of relevant experience in leading teams as a full-stack tech lead
• Proficient with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Strong understanding of Vue.js and React.js technologies
• Prior experience working with Shopify platforms, including adding custom functionality, app installation, server configuration, and custom app integration
• Experience with Git and BItbucket is an added advantage
• Knowledge of responsive design techniques, CSS Animations, and performance implications of CSS
• Understanding of modern CSS concepts such as Flexbox and Grid CSS
• A strong background in software engineering, OOPs, database management (LAMP stack would be preferable)
• Experience developing applications for various devices with differing screen sizes and resolutions
• Good understanding of web standards and accessibility
• Experience building stateful web applications
• Experience integrating apps with external web services, like REST APIs, SOAP, or GraphQL APIs, is desirable
• Comfortable working with software development management tools such as Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence, etc.) or similar applications
