Add features to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer solution, including a virtual gift-card module for customers that can be used at designated merchants (i.e., local restaurants)
Help in the integration of the CRM and HR platforms for a more friction-less transaction
Build and maintain a comprehensive ESG dashboard that showcases customer s social impact
Continuously optimize back-end systems for merchants, customers, and admins
Strategize phased platform rollout based on the company s business model
Prioritize product features in a way that keeps budget and timelines in check, delivers on growing customer needs, and meets critical investor milestones
Oversee the development of technology for external customers, vendors, and other clients to help improve and increase the business
Evaluate technical solutions and share recommendations with non-technical team members to make decisions collaboratively
Manage task flows and deployment schedules in a transparent way using task management tools
Help the non-technical team members to clearly understand the impact on final deliverables
Oversee the codebase and execute the front-end and back-end work necessary to push the development sprints to completion
Job Requirements:
Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
At least 4+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack engineer
Prolific experience working with Nest.js, React, and Machine Learning
Strong mathematical skills
Nice to have some knowledge of Python and microservices like Contentful, Sendgrid, Stripe, Plaid, Cloudinary, and Algolia
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
