Full-Stack Engineer (FE Heavy)

• Maintain the outstanding user experience by identifying problems that affect users and providing remedies
• Manage the full lifecycle of the product from design to documentation
• Develop new features and functionality for the company's web and mobile applications, release them, measure their success, and iterate
• Collaborate with the product team to convert the most sophisticated technologies into a user-friendly solution

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 8-10+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack or front-end developer
• Strong understanding of security and privacy (HIPPA Compliance)
• Prior experience using metrics, usability testing, and research to guide design decisions
• Extensive working knowledge of healthcare APIs, in particular, those with several integrations
• Ability to prioritize and seek out the most effective solution to complicated and ambiguous user experience problems
• Prior experience working in the healthtech, the O&P industry, athletics, insoles, or other related fields
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
