Job Description

  • As a Retail Visa Support Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting customers with visa applications, providing information on visa requirements and processes, and ensuring a smooth and efficient visa application experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Guide customers through the visa application process, including filling out forms, gathering required documents, and submitting applications.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding visa requirements, processing times, fees, and any other relevant details.
  • Maintain organized and accurate records of visa applications, documents submitted, and correspondence with customers and visa authorities.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and procedures governing visa applications, including data protection and privacy requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, visa authorities, and other stakeholders via phone, email, or in-person to facilitate visa applications and address any concerns or queries.
  • Identify and resolve issues or challenges that may arise during the visa application process promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to streamline processes, improve service delivery, and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Stay updated on changes to visa regulations, policies, and procedures, and suggest improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of visa support services.
Candidate Profile:
  • Excellent knowledge of visa requirements, application procedures, and documentation for various countries.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage documentation and ensure accuracy.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office /relevant computer applications and software.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays as required.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
