Youll report to the Director, Application Development.
During a Typical Day, You ll
Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with a focus on ReactJS.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create responsive and visually appealing interfaces.
Implement cloud-based solutions and services to enhance application performance and scalability.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and efficiency.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in development.
Providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members to foster their professional growth and development.
Conducting thorough architectural reviews/Coding standards to ensure alignment with best practices and project requirements.
Engaging in productive discussions with stakeholders to provide updates, and ensure alignment with project goals
Problem Solving, identifying issues and developing creative solutions
What You Bring to the Role
Minimum of 5 years of experience in web development, specifically with JavaScript frameworks (ReactJS preferred).
Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
Familiarity with web design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
