Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Email Marketer with expertise in the Forex trading industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns to engage traders, generate leads, and drive conversions. You should have a deep understanding of email automation, segmentation, A/B testing, and compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns tailored to Forex traders, investors, and potential clients.
• Create compelling email content including newsletters, promotional campaigns, market updates, and educational materials.
• Segment and personalize email lists based on trader behavior, engagement levels, and trading preferences.
• Implement A/B testing to optimize subject lines, content, CTAs, and send times.
• Monitor email deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and conversion performance.
• Manage and maintain email automation workflows to nurture leads and retain customers.
• Ensure email marketing compliance with financial regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other applicable laws).
• Collaborate with designers, content writers, and marketing teams to enhance email performance.
• Conduct regular reporting and provide insights to improve ROI and lead generation efforts.

Education Qualification

UG: Any Graduate

Requirements:

• Proven experience in email marketing, preferably in the Forex trading industry or financial markets.
• Strong knowledge of email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, or similar platforms).
• Understanding of forex trading terminologies, market trends, and trader psychology.
• Experience in email automation, segmentation, and drip campaigns.
• Proficiency in A/B testing, analytics tools, and performance tracking.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to craft engaging, conversion-driven email copy.
• Familiarity with email compliance regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
• Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for better results.
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in lead generation and CRM integration.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design.
• Understanding of multi-channel marketing strategies (SMS, push notifications, etc.).
