- This role requires the development and implementation of key performance indicators (KPIs) for both internal teams and external agencies to enhance efficiency and drive sales. The E-Commerce Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies, maintaining a data-driven approach to decision-making. Additionally, identifying emerging e-commerce trends, platforms, and events will be crucial in capitalizing on new growth opportunities.
- A strong understanding of digital marketing and sales analytics is essential, as the role involves budgeting and forecasting marketing expenditures based on platform sales performance. The individual will be responsible for ensuring data-driven marketing initiatives that align with consumer behavior, platform strengths, and industry trends to maximize ROI. - The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of e-commerce experience, particularly in handling e-commerce platforms, with a strong commercial and sales acumen. Experience in consumer goods, a solid digital interface background, and expertise in analytics will be key advantages. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential, as the role requires interaction with multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally.
The E-Commerce Lead will oversee a team of three Key Account Managers (KAMs) and will report directly to the General Manager - MT & E-Commerce.
