Role: Individual Contributor (IC)

Location: Work from GWFSI Office

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume IT and Non-IT positions.
• Specialize in headhunting and developing recruitment strategies tailored for the Indian market.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, job descriptions, and candidate profiles.
• Maintain strong candidate pipelines, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified talent.
• Track and analyse recruitment metrics to optimize the hiring process and improve hiring outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, data protection laws, and confidentiality protocols.

Qualifications:

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
• Experience: Minimum 12+ years of hands-on recruitment experience, specifically in IT & Non-IT domains.
• Specialization: Expertise in high-volume recruitment and headhunting.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in recruiting for healthcare organizations is highly desirable.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage data to make informed recruitment decisions.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
