Role & responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
• Identify potential suppliers, assess their capabilities, and conduct supplier evaluations to ensure compliance with quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and business partners.
• Monitor supplier performance, including quality, delivery timelines, and service levels, and address any issues or discrepancies proactively.
• Analyze market trends, pricing data, and supply chain costs to identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
• Assess and mitigate risks related to supplier dependencies, supply chain disruptions, and market fluctuations.
• Manage supplier contracts, agreements, and procurement documentation in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the sourcing function, such as process enhancements, technology adoption, and best practice sharing.
• Lead and mentor a team of sourcing professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
