Job Description:
We are seeking an International Mainstream Business Manager to drive Vadilals growth by establishing and strengthening relationships with mainstream buyers across the globe. This strategic role focuses on global market expansion, client engagement, and the execution of robust international sales and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and refine international market penetration strategies for Vadilals mainstream product lines. Work with leadership to ensure alignment with global business goals and market-specific requirements.
Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with mainstream buyers worldwide. Act as the primary liaison to address client inquiries, performance updates, and growth opportunities.
Design and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored to diverse global markets. Negotiate agreements, pricing, and promotional deals with international retail and distribution partners.
Ensure optimal brand visibility and positioning across global markets. Plan and implement promotional campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team to enhance consumer reach.
Monitor international sales performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to strengthen the company’s market share.
Partner with supply chain teams to ensure efficient delivery and inventory management with global trade partners, avoiding shortages or overstock.
Manage payment collections, resolve claims, and coordinate new product launches and international promotions to maximize profitability.
Conduct competitor research and track industry trends to inform strategic decisions. Present comprehensive sales forecasts and performance metrics to senior management.
Work closely with internal departments, including marketing, finance, and logistics, to align initiatives with global objectives and ensure seamless execution.
Travel extensively to key global markets for client interactions, market assessments, and relationship-building activities and participate in international exhibitions.
Qualifications:
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate diverse cultural contexts.
