Vadilal Industries Ltd is hiring an "Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant" to our CEO for our International Business, based out of the Ahmedabad Corporate office.
Salary: Open for discussion.
Bond : For 2 years as per company policy.
Job Description PA/EA to CEO:
1. Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operations of the International Business Division.
2. Perform general administrative tasks, including answering and directing phone calls, email correspondence, filing, mailings, and deliveries, and coordinating meeting room calendars, etc.
3. Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
4. Coordinating for organizing domestic as well as international logistics including flights, visa requirements, hotel accommodation, car rental, etc. when applicable for the top management.
5. Ensure completion of regular reoccurring work, e.g., Birthday reminders, monthly reports, briefings, weekly meetings, and monthly meetings.
6. Welcome and attend to the visitors, preparing facilities for scheduled events and arranging refreshments, if required.
7. Ensure compliance of confidential matters such as business dealings, transactions.
8. Coordinating & looking after personal or official events for Top Management and being hands-on with all administrative duties
9. Maintain a database of AMC contracts of Top Management and ensure its timely preventive maintenance. To keep record of personal bills and ensure timely payment of the same.
10. Top management tasks such as booking family holidays, restaurant and social activities, and events if required or any other personal tasks directed by the Top Management from time to time.
11. Personal tasks assigned by Management from time to time.
