CNC Milling Operators / Setters

Job Summary

• Responsible to Operate CNC Milling / Turning machines to produce Aerospace / Medical Components/Parts. Also responsible to do settings in the respective machines.
• Hands on knowledge of shop tools that include micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, wrenches, rotary sanders, air tools, abrasive pads, etc.
• Should be good at reading 2D drawings & GD&T.
• Must be able to perform standard works.
• Ability to identify, troubleshoot and solve basic problems.
• To ensure 3C, 5S activities.
• Willingness to work in Rotational Shifts.
• Knowledge on Controllers : Fanuc, HAAS, etc.
• Good enough with 2D programming - preferred

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Qualification: Diploma / Degree qualified in Mechanical /Automobile Engineering
• Experience : 3 - 10 years of experience in a manufacturing / production environment.
• Candidates with 3-Axis or 5-Axis machining experience is a must.
