Branding and Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and strategic Branding & Marketing Manager who combines strong marketing expertise with hands-on experience in graphic design and video editing. This role will lead branding initiatives, develop compelling visual content, and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand identity and market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Marketing Execution:

• Develop and implement branding strategies to enhance company visibility and brand recall.
• Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and paid advertising.
• Create engaging marketing content for various platforms, ensuring brand consistency.

Graphic Design & Visual Content Creation:

• Design logos, brochures, social media creatives, website graphics, and presentations.
• Maintain brand guidelines and ensure uniformity across all design materials.
• Work closely with internal teams to bring creative ideas to life.

Video Production & Editing:

• Shoot, edit, and produce promotional videos, product demos, and corporate presentations.
• Use Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and motion graphics tools to create high-quality video content.
• Optimize videos for different platforms, including YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

Social Media & Digital Presence:

• Manage and grow the company's social media channels with high-quality visual content.
• Collaborate with influencers and industry partners to boost brand engagement.
• Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

• Work closely with the product, sales, and leadership teams to align branding efforts with business objectives.
• Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers when needed.
• Conduct market research to stay updated with branding trends and competitor strategies.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in branding, marketing, and graphic design.
• Hands-on expertise with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, motion graphics, and video editing.
• Excellent understanding of marketing strategies, digital trends, and social media engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong creative and storytelling skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in advertising, content marketing, or creative direction.
• Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and performance marketing is a plus.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles for web and digital assets.
