TruKKer - Java Lead/Manager - Spring Boot/Hibernate (8-20 yrs)

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Manager with expertise in the Java ecosystem to lead a team of software engineers in building scalable, high-performance applications. You will play a pivotal role in architecting solutions, driving best practices, and fostering an innovation-driven engineering culture.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Technical Leadership : Oversee the development and implementation of Java-based applications, ensuring adherence to best coding practices, security, and performance standards. - Team Management : Lead, mentor, and coach software engineers, fostering a high performance and collaborative team environment.

- Architecture & Design : Guide the team in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.

- Agile Development : Drive Agile/Scrum methodologies to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.

- Code Reviews & Quality Assurance : Enforce clean coding principles, conduct peer reviews, and maintain high code quality standards.

- Collaboration : Work closely with Product Managers, DevOps, and QA teams to align engineering efforts with business objectives.

- Technology Strategy : Evaluate new technologies and frameworks to enhance system performance, scalability, and maintainability.

- Performance Optimization : Ensure application performance tuning, monitoring, and issue resolution.

- Stakeholder Communication : Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear technical roadmaps and business alignment.

Qualifications & Experience :

- 8+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 3+ years in a leadership/management role.

- Strong expertise in Java (JDK 11+), Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Microservices architecture.

- Proficiency in RESTful APIs, messaging systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ), and distributed systems.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices.

- Solid knowledge of databases (SQL & NoSQL PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).

- Strong understanding of scalability, high availability, and system performance tuning.

- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Experience working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in modern frontend frameworks (React/Angular) is a plus.

- Exposure to AI/ML integrations or Data Engineering pipelines.

- Experience with financial or enterprise applications is an advantage.

- Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in tech communities.
