Customer Support (Night Shift - WFO)

1. Communication & Language Skills

Fluent in English and Hindi
Strong verbal and written communication
Active listening & empathy

2. Customer Handling & Support Experience

Experience in handling inbound & outbound calls
Ability to resolve customer queries & complaints
Knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.)

3. Technical & Process Knowledge

Familiarity with ticketing systems
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

4. Soft Skills & Problem-Solving

Patience & professionalism in handling difficult customers
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Quick decision-making & adaptability
