TrueTech - Product Head - Enterprise Telecom (15-20 yrs)

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Product Head to lead and manage the Product Managers responsible for the Lead-to-Order (L2O), Order-to-Activation (O2A), Usage-to-Cash (U2C), and Trouble-to-Resolve (T2R) journeys.

- This role is crucial in ensuring seamless integration and optimization of these key processes to drive business success and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:.

- Develop, articulate and own a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.

- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to Product Managers overseeing the L2O, O2A, U2C, and T2R journeys.

- Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing among the PMs to ensure best practices and innovative solutions are implemented across all journeys.

- Communicate product vision, strategy, and performance to executive leadership and other key stakeholders.

- Oversee a transition from feature-led to strategy-led product roadmap.

- Work closely with engineering, operations, sales, marketing, and customer support to ensure seamless product development and delivery.

- Partners with business and internal/external partners to understand current customer experience, identifies areas of opportunity to build and enhance platforms and modules.

- Continuously improve processes and workflows across all four journeys to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.

- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for each journey to ensure they meet or exceed targets.

- Identify and implement innovative solutions and technologies to enhance product capabilities and stay ahead of market trends.

- Conducts analysis of quantitative and qualitative data to identify product innovation opportunities or root cause of issues, and assess opportunity size and impact.

- May work with data scientists to answer complex questions or identify meaningful insights from data.

Qualifications:.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

- MBA is a plus.

- 15+ years of product management experience in the telecom industry, with significant leadership experience.

- Strong technical background and understanding of telecom processes, including BSS and OSS layers.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

- Proven track record of driving innovation and process optimization.

- Experience with data analytics and performance optimization.
