Job Description

Overview:
TRU Realty is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Manager - Project Sales to lead sales efforts for a high-rise apartment complex. The ideal candidate will drive sales strategies, lead a team, and ensure exceptional customer relations and operational efficiency. This is a key leadership position requiring high levels of accountability, collaboration, teamwork, and agility.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Sales Strategy & Execution
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to meet project-specific goals and timelines.
    • Monitor sales performance and devise corrective actions to achieve revenue targets.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and key stakeholders to maximize sales opportunities.

2. Team Leadership

    • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high productivity and performance.
    • Conduct regular training sessions to improve team skills and product knowledge.
    • Foster a collaborative team environment that supports innovation and growth.

3. Customer Relations Management

    • Act as the primary point of contact for customer relations, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory customer experience.
    • Handle escalations, feedback, and complex customer queries effectively.
    • Ensure timely coordination between customers and internal teams for documentation, agreements, and other post-sales processes.

4. Site Administration & Coordination

    • Oversee day-to-day sales site operations, ensuring smooth administration and coordination.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns, events, and site visits.
    • Regularly analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competition to align strategies.

5. Accountability & Reporting

    • Prepare regular sales reports and dashboards for senior management.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and quality standards.
    • Maintain accountability for the projects overall sales performance and customer satisfaction.

  • Proven track record in project sales within the real estate sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • 10 to 15 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Pune real estate market and high-rise residential projects is a plus.
