Planning Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare project schedules using MS Project software.
  
• Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation and timelines.
  
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress against scheduled milestones.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential roadblocks and develop mitigation strategies.
  
• Analyze data from various sources (e.g., construction logs) to optimize planning processes.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in Planning Engineering or related field.
  
• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil or relevant discipline.
  
• Proficiency in MS Project scheduling software; knowledge of other scheduling tools an asset.
  
• Strong understanding of construction planning principles, including sequence diagrams and Gantt charts.
