Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation and Prospecting and achievement of sales targets:

• Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels.
• Actively pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.

Market Research and Analysis:

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
• Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to develop effective strategies.

Sales Presentations and Negotiation:

• Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve revenue targets.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:

• Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align strategies and offerings.
• Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to enhance product/service offerings.

Sales Reporting and Forecasting:

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the Food Service industry.
• Strong understanding of the Indian food market and industry dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
• Networking and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/Field Assist software.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Reporting Relationships:

• Candidate will report to Territory Manager (TM) or ASM in his zone.
