Position: Business Development Executive (BDE) / Business Development Manager (BDM)

Role Overview:
We are hiring talented Business Development Executives and Managers to join a leading Food & Beverage company expanding its presence across India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Drive sales growth by achieving assigned targets and KPIs.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements with clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Document and report sales activities, leads, and progress to management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development within the Food & Beverage industry or in FMCG.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Result-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve targets.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications.
• Flexibility to travel as per business needs.
• Experience in HORECA Sales

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales or business development.
