Job Description
- Performing patent/prior art searches & preparing IP landscape reports.
- Preparing response to office action/ rejection report / oppositions / objections by patent offices across the globe.
- Communications with attorneys & ensuring timely patent prosecution submissions.
- Performing patentability & FTO analysis for formulation.
- Performing patent infringement analysis of formulations & providing IP clearance to F&D team.
- Providing preliminary IP Status for countries of interest.
- Tracking new publication & update the same to relevant persons / department.
- Tracking & maintaining patent prosecution sheet.
- Updating & Maintaining file records.
