Role & responsibilities

1. Update the company on significant amendments in Law & Government policy & various aspects of Law.

2. Searching relevant Judgements.

3. Preparing presentations on various issues related to law as per the requirements.

4. Reviewing vetting & drafting various contracts & agreements, Legal Notices, Letters to Statutory / Governmental authorities, reply to legal Notices etc.

5. To assist in Drafting petitions, rejoinders, replies, suits, notices, complaints etc. including attending various courts.

6. To Check & update the status of various litigation of the company pending at various courts.

7. Dealing with cases under Section 138 .

8. Drafting & vetting of WS (Written Statement), Written Arguments, Notices & Reply, Rejoinder, Appeal Memo and Drafting of Complaints.

Preferred candidate profile

Must be Good in Communication & Presentation Skills.
