We are searching for a skilled Legal Advisor to join our team .As a Legal Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and support to the company in matters relating to immigration and educational consultancy

This is a mid-level position, requiring 3+years of experience

The employment type for this role can be either Full-Time or Part-Time.

Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized institution.

3+years of experience as a Legal Advisor, preferably in the immigration or educational consultancy industry.

Sound knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.

Familiarity with international educational systems and visa procedures is a plus.

Roles And Responsibilities

Provide legal advice and guidance to the company on matters related to immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.

Review and draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies.

Conduct legal research and provide legal opinions on complex matters.

Represent the company in legal proceedings, if required.
