Manager Business Development

1. Research and identify potential clients in need of BTL marketing solutions
2. Analyse industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to find new business opportunities.
3. Attend industry events, networking functions, and client meetings to represent the agency and promote its BTL services.
4. Engage with potential clients to understand their marketing needs and offer BTL solutions.
5. Coordinate with internal teams (Strategy, Creative, Operations, etc.) to ensure that proposals align with the agency's capabilities.
6. Coordinate with the client and internal teams to oversee the execution of events, promotions, activations, and other BTL campaigns.
7. Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing the deal
8. Deep understanding about the BTL activities.
9. Responsible to maximize revenue and profitability
10. Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships
11. Lead, mentor, and motivate a business development team to achieve sales targets.
12. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and ensure cohesive business development strategies.
13. Present regular reports on business development outcomes to management.
14. Create budgets and forecasts for business development activities and ensure alignment with financial targets.

• BTL agency experience is mandatory.
