Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent.
- Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs, providing excellent customer service, and addressing their concerns.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree or equivalent experience in Business.
- 3+ years' of sales experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
