Triumph Systems - Technical Consultant - SolarWinds (7-8 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- Implementation of SolarWinds Ala' Carte and HCO

- Support of SolarWinds to multiple Customers on the modules installed for Customers.

- Presales on SolarWinds with Demo and Presentations on SolarWinds for new Customer prospects

- Configuration of new modules on SolarWinds

- Provide support to the customer on day-to-day IT Operations through SolarWinds Monitoring Solution

- Interacting with SolarWinds Support for L3 Support.

- Health Check and Maintenance of the Application

- Design and deployment of SolarWinds

Technical Skills :

- Should have good experience in Implementation and Support of SolarWinds

- Should have experience of implementing different modules of SolarWinds.

- Understanding of Networking concepts

- SolarWinds Certified Professional

- Understanding on SQL and Oracle Databases

- Understanding on Windows and Linux Operating Systems

- Experience working in supporting multiple customers
