C/Unix Developer - Shell Scripting (5-7 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and maintain critical applications using C on Unix/Linux platforms.

- Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code adhering to best practices and coding standards.

- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and system issues efficiently.

- Analyze and optimize system performance to ensure reliability and scalability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering) to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Automate tasks and processes using shell scripting and other Unix/Linux utilities.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of system architecture and code quality.

- Maintain clear and concise technical documentation for code, systems, and processes.

Qualifications :

- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in C programming.

- In-depth knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems and shell scripting.

- Strong understanding of system programming concepts (memory management, process management, etc.)

- Experience with debugging and performance optimization techniques.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

- Effective communication, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
