Job Description
- Collecting manpower requirements and managing end to end recruitment.
- Maintaining employee files and the HR filing system.
- Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR.
- Create weekly and monthly team engagement plans and help the team build the right culture.
- New employee orientation, training and development.
- Connecting with colleges and universities for campus hiring and engagements.
- Development of an employee oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance.
- Planning & executing strategies for branding of the company through various online & offline mediums.
- Oversee compensation programs to ensure regulatory compliance and competitive salary levels.
- Oversee the design and development of compensation strategy and programs.
- Develop and coordinate grievances and mediate workplace disputes.
Requirement :
- Any Graduate/Post Graduate.
- 1-5 years experience in recruitment, training & development and employer branding.
- Strong communication & Analytical skills.
- Strong brand building and negotiation skills.
