Surgeped is looking for HR Trainee Executive to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.
Recruitment Support:Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders
Onboarding and Orientation:Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and assisting with the completion of required paperwork
Help facilitate orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies, culture, and expectations
Employee Records:Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System)
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of personnel files, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Training and Development:Collaborate with the training team to coordinate employee training programs and development initiatives
Assist in tracking employee training completion and maintaining training records
HR Administration:Provide administrative support to the HR department, including handling phone calls, responding to emails, and managing HR-related documentation
Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations for management
Employee Relations:Participate in employee engagement initiatives and activities to foster a positive work environment
Handle basic employee inquiries and escalate more complex issues to the appropriate HR personnel
Compliance and Policies:Assist in ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies
Stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations
Special Projects:Participate in HR-related projects and initiatives to contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes
