Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare daily reports on hotel performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  
• Develop training programs for team members to improve their skills in sales planning, event management, and team building.
  
• Handle housekeeping staff effectively to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hospitality services.
  
• Oversee sales and marketing efforts to drive revenue growth through corporate tie-ups, events promotion, and target achievement.
  
• Manage daily operations of the property, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-6 years of experience in a similar role within the travel & tourism industry.
  
• B.Sc degree in Hospitality and Hotel Management or equivalent qualification.
  
• Proven track record of achieving targets in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
