Sales Manager (FMCG - Tea/Coffee/Vending Industry)

Locations: Hyderabad, Kerala, Pune, Chennai, Gurgaon, Noida, Kolkata, Mumbai

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Lead the corporate sales team to achieve targets through new client acquisition, lead generation, and relationship management.
• Sales Growth Strategies: Develop and implement B2B strategies tailored to Tea/Coffee/Vending products, driving corporate sales growth and identifying potential clients for partnerships.
• Sales Cycle Oversight: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring superior customer satisfaction.
• Market Research: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities within the Tea/Coffee/Vending space to maintain a competitive edge.
• Operational Activities: Plan customer visits, conduct cold calls, collect data, and send proposals based on market requirements.
• Coordination: Collaborate with departments for demos, sampling, dispatch, and transportation, ensuring seamless execution.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, leveraging existing customers for referrals and additional sales.
• Reporting: Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, work logs, and MIS updates.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience in the FMCG sector, particularly in Tea/Coffee/Vending products, is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to manage sales teams and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and skilled in multitasking.
