Job Title: Assistant Manager/Senior Executive - Sales (Corporate Gifting/Corporate Sales)

We are expanding our corporate gifting division and are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Manager - Sales to join our team.


Role Overview:

1-As an Assistant Manager - Sales in Corporate Gifting, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and managing client relationships within the corporate sector.

2-Your focus will be on providing tailored gifting solutions to corporate clients, enhancing their brand image, and ensuring exceptional service.

3- You will also support the Sales Manager in strategizing and executing plans to achieve business goals.


JD:


*Sales Leadership: Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve targets in the corporate gifting sector. Drive business growth and expand our client base in assigned Region. *Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their gifting needs and providing customized solutions.

*Proposal Development: Create and present compelling sales proposals and presentations that highlight our unique offerings and align with client objectives.

*Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies as needed.

*Operational Support: Support the Sales Manager in managing day-to-day operations, including coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of gifts.

*Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to foster a collaborative environment and achieve shared business objectives.

*Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service.


Qualifications:

*Proven experience in sales, preferably in corporate gifting or luxury goods, with a track record of achieving targets. *Strong understanding of the corporate gifting market and client needs. *Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

*Ability to develop and present persuasive sales proposals. *Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

*Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. *Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
