Job Description
- Devise and establish company's quality procedures, standards and specifications; review requirements and ensure they are met complying with time and quality.
- Analyse all non-functional requirements/quality attributes (such as security, performance, maintainability, scalability etc.) to certain that the future development will meet the IT vision.
- Monitor performance by gathering relevant data and produce statistical reports; making suggestions for changes and improvements and how to implement them.
- Act as the escalation point for all issues specific to projects by co-ordinating with the managers regarding the project delivery.
- Work with the development leads to define code drops and co-ordinate the alignment of code drop dependencies.
- Execute the development of new applications, system improvements, customizations and modifications and ensure compliance with business requirements and provide guidance for the resolution of potential discrepancies.
- Periodically test the efficiency of the technological infrastructure (networks and computer systems) in the organization to ensure optimal performance.
- Execute User Acceptance Testing to determine whether or not the system satisfies to the acceptance criteria of the customer.
- Responsible to monitor and review outsourced vendors performance and agreements, so as to reduce cost of services and achieve better quality of services.
