Quality Assurance and Quality Control Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Inspect raw materials to ensure consistency and integrity

2. Maintain detailed records of inspections, noting deviations or defects found to ensure traceability and quality control

3. Maintain, test, and troubleshoot all instrumentation devices

4. Attempt repairs on broken or damaged products to determine the best way to scale those repairs

5. Test a certain percentage of all products based on industry standards

6. Manage companys quality assurance division, company policies, regulatory requirements and ensure all employees meet their required quotas

7. Create an effective, efficient testing protocol to be used across all product lines

Requirements

1. 3+ years of experience in the machining & fabrication industry

2. ITI to BE/Diploma Mechanical

3. Strong understanding of mechanical drawings.

4. Ability to translate skills and knowledge to others

5. Industry certification a plus
