We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our team to craft visually compelling designs that align with our brand and support our marketing initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities: -
Institutional Marketing:

  • Responsible for ATL & BTL activities like print media add, online marketing activities, call center activity.
  • Establishing College Brand at PAN Indian level through BTL, ATL Activities
  • Preparation of Annual Marketing and Event Calendar for College
  • Budgeting and Controlling for Marketing and Admission activities
  • Liaisoning with Institutions/Aptitude Test Centers like CAT, MAT, CMAT, XAT etc. for College association and admissions
  • Liaisoning with Coaching Institutes at PAN India level for associating with College.
  • Organizing Seminars, Event and Education Fairs in collaboration with different Colleges, Coaching
  • Institutions and Educational Consultants to promote admissions in University
  • Formulating Marketing strategy, policies & implementation of the entire spectrum of marketing activities.
  • Handling the marketing operations for achieving increased growth & awareness about the institute.
  • Creating awareness among the student fraternity regarding all the products (courses) of the institute.
  • Convincing students to join the institute by competitive analysis and continuous counselling.

Business Development:

  • Identifying prospective clients and markets.
  • Generating business from existing clientele thereby achieving business targets.
  • Building and maintaining healthy business relations with major clientele (students, educational institutes, etc.), ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by achieving commitments & quality norms.

Brand Management:

  • Conceptualizing and implementing business promotional activities like presentations & seminars along with the planning and execution of events for increasing brand visibility.
  • Expertise in event management like educational fairs & exhibitions.
  • Actively involved in designing and decision making process of newspaper advertisements for different regions.

Guidance & Counselling:

  • Actively participating in career counselling of students during presentations & seminars.
  • Providing counselling session to parents coming for enquiries.

Desired Candidate Profile: -

The candidate should have 6+ Years of experience with excellent track record.

Experience into Education & Service Industries.

Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.

Positive attitude and self-motivation.
