Digital Marketing Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Digital Marketing Lead. In this role,

you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing

strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase revenue. The ideal

candidate has a proven track record of success in both paid and organic digital marketing,

with a strong understanding of brand management and experience with marketing

automation and analytics platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning:

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish tracking mechanisms to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Manage the digital marketing budget effectively.

Paid Media:

• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across various channels (Google, Ads, social media platforms, etc.
• Conduct A/B testing and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Manage bidding strategies and campaign budgets.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest paid media trends and best practices.

Organic Marketing (SEO/Content):

• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
• Create and curate high-quality, engaging content (blog posts, articles, website copy, social media updates, etc.).
• Optimize website content and structure for search engines.
• Build high-quality backlinks to increase website authority.

Brand Management:

• Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all digital channels.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines.
• Monitor brand mentions and online reputation.

Marketing Automation:

• Utilize marketing automation tools (e.g., CRM, Webengage, MoEngage etc…) to streamline marketing processes and nurture leads.
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns.
• Develop automated workflows for lead nurturing and customer onboarding.

Analytics & Reporting:

• Track and analyze key marketing metrics using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
• Generate regular reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Monitor website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in engineering, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on both paid and organic strategies.
• Proven track record of success in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns that drive results.
• Strong understanding of brand management principles.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and other marketing analytics tools.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., CRM, Webengage, MoEngage etc…)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

Bonus Points / Added advantage:

• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Lead Squared).
• Certifications in Google Ads, Analytics, or other relevant platforms.
• Experience with social media management tools.
• Graphic design and content writing skills.
