Customer Support Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Order Execution - Flip sales orders and make confirmation.
• Follow up deliveries and update Sales orders.
• Information to logistics when customer payment is received.
• Create and follow up on purchase orders.
• Coordinate stock with the brand coordinator.
• Support global offices.
• Providing after-sales services.
• Communicating with overseas and domestic customers.
• Communicating with overseas colleagues.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
• Coordinate stock with the brand coordinator.
• Support all our global sales offices and production sites.
• Follow-up for in-house production.
• Check QC reports.
• Create and follow up inter-company orders.
• Check web orders.
• Help train new employees in the group.
• Make overview pages.
• Ad-hoc Tasks.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in working with an ERP. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 systems and practices will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication skills- fluency in written and spoken English is a must as the job involved interaction with overseas customers and colleagues.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers.

Requirements / Qualifications

• At the minimum, the prospective candidate must have done graduation conducted in English medium.
• The candidate will be required to commute to Manesar (Gurgaon) and living close by or having their own transport will be preferred.
