Customer Support Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Support Executive with 1-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Good understanding of resolving issues, raising tickets
• Provide prompt and professional responses to customer concerns.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
• Identify and suggest improvements in customer support processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1-5 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of IT Industry is a plus.
• Willingness to work in any shift.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Prior experience in IT support.
• Fluency in English languages.
