Technical Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Recruiters with a strong background in product hiring to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for product roles, including product managers, product designers, and product marketers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for product roles, from job posting to onboarding.
• Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and engage passive candidates, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
• Screening: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for product roles.
• Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and metrics to HR leadership.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on product hiring.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Skills:
• Strong understanding of product roles and the product development lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
