JOB DESCRIPTION:

Recruitment of candidates

Screening the Non IT profiles profiles and align the interviews of the candidates.

Conduct end to end recruitment process and get the selection done.

Collecting documents for onboarding procedure.

Should achieve the target of minimum 2 joining in a day.

Have to connect with the vendors/consultancy for the staffing support

Recruiter must search for the leads on their own and have to align the candidates for interview. Will help with the access of various job portals.

Can communicate in Hindi and English both.

Experience in BPO Telesales/Telecalling hiring / Bulk Hiring

Should have worked with Vendors.

Should have working experience in a target based company

• 6 Days working (Monday to Saturday)

• 10 am to 7 pm office hours

• Sunday Fixed off
