Motion Designer

Role & responsibilities

Create high-quality motion graphics and animations for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, advertisements, and presentations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute creative ideas.
Design and animate video elements, such as title sequences, transitions, and lower thirds.
Ensure consistency with brand guidelines while bringing innovative and fresh perspectives.
Edit raw video footage to incorporate motion graphics, sound, and effects.
Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative solutions to projects.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.

Preferred candidate profile

1 to 6 years of experience in motion design, animation, or related fields.
Proficiency in motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Cinema 4D (or similar tools).
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
Experience with 2D/3D animation and video editing.
Ability to work with a team and take constructive feedback.
A strong portfolio showcasing a range of motion design and animation projects.
Knowledge of sound design and video compression formats is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in creating content for social media platforms and understanding platform-specific requirements.
Familiarity with additional software like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Blender.
Basic knowledge of coding for interactive media is an advantage but not mandatory.
