Work Location – Hyderabad, Client site

HR Operations:

• Understanding Amgen’s HR policies, procedures and process for end-to-end talent lifecycle management
• Identifying Amgen’s vendor partners for leadership development, learning delivery, content & knowledge management.
• Identifying Amgen’s vendor partners for base and incentive management, pay cycle administration.
• Talent development: working with Amgen’s identified vendor partners for leadership development, learning delivery, content & knowledge management.
• Amgen’s HR business partner: Organization and position management, leave data administration, employee relation admin, employee data and exit management, employee engagement.
• Goal setting and performance management ongoing reporting and governance.
