Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in C2H hiring, IT recruitment, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. You will play a critical role in sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding top IT talent to meet our organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to offer negotiation and onboarding.
C2H Hiring Expertise: Identify, engage, and secure top talent for contract-to-hire roles in IT.
Sourcing: Utilize various platforms (job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, etc.) to source potential candidates.
Screening & Shortlisting: Conduct initial screening to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Stakeholder Management: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide regular updates.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring panels.
Documentation: Ensure all candidate records, feedback, and offers are maintained accurately in the recruitment system.
Market Insights: Stay updated on IT hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and in-demand technical skills.
Required Skills:
Proven experience in IT recruitment and C2H hiring.
Proficiency in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, or other ATS platforms.
Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies (e.g., software development, testing, DevOps, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Knowledge of IT recruitment trends and strategies.
Experience in bulk hiring drives or lateral hiring for IT positions.
