Role: Technical Support Consultant

Mode of Work: Work from Office

Location: Noida

Working Days: 5 days

Shift: Day Shift

Qualification: Graduation

Salary: From 7 LPA - 13 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

*Strong Java, JavaScript, JEE

application servers, databases, and LDAP server technology to support our customer's

deployments and instances in development and production. Experience with HTML5,

XHTML, HTML, CSS and XML is very beneficial.

• Technical Support skills - Proven understanding of performance tuning and optimization,

debugging application issues, and knowledge at the API level of 3rd party applications.

Experience in a wide range of computer operating systems and software with emphasis on

installation, troubleshooting, upgrading, integration and client/server operations.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Candidates Profiles:

• Knowledge in troubleshooting, networking, SQL, HTML, JAVA level or higher
• Strong knowledge of frontend technologies (Eg*, JavaScript) etc..

* Candidate should be comfortable with the shifts

* Candidate should have a good knowledge of networking
