Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates from various channels including job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.), social media, and other professional networks.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Conduct initial outreach and engage passive candidates to create interest in open positions.
• Screen candidate profiles to evaluate their skills, qualifications, and experience.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
• Track and report on key sourcing metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, candidate engagement rates).
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sourcing and recruiting.
