Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle non-voice customer queries, requests, and processes through written communication.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of all documentation and tasks as per company guidelines.
  • Maintain a high standard of quality in communication and documentation.
  • Demonstrate excellent typing speed and accuracy while handling processes.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on system/process changes.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Meet productivity and quality targets set by the team lead or supervisor.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1 to 4 years of experience in a similar non-voice process role.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English.
  • Strong typing speed and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage tasks with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other related tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.

Selection Process:

  • Typing Test: Evaluate typing speed and accuracy.
  • Versant Test: Assess communication and language proficiency.
  • Face-to-Face Interview: Should be available for walk-in interview.
  • Shifts: Should be comfortable with any shifts

Location:
Gurgaon (Work-from-office only).
