Accounts Payables - Sr. Team Lead

Greetings for the day!

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Payable Team Lead to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will manage and oversee the efficient operation of the Accounts Payable (AP) function, focusing on critical activities such as

1. Invoice Processing: Oversee the end-to-end invoice processing, including the timely and accurate entry of vendor invoices into the accounting system.

2. Payment Processing: Lead the payment processing cycle, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors, monitor cash flow and address vendor payment inquiries.

3. Travel & Expense (T&E) Reimbursement: Oversee the entire T&E reimbursement process, ensuring compliance with company policies regarding travel and expenses

4. AP Period-End Activities: Lead the period-end close process for accounts payable, prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

5. Miscellaneous Upstream Activities: Lead miscellaneous upstream activities related to AP, such as vendor setup, contract management, and compliance reviews.

Skills Required:

Hands-on experience with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and accounting software.

Strong knowledge of AP processes, including invoice processing, payment cycles, and period-end closing.

Familiarity with expense management tools like Concur or other T&E management systems.
